Any dancer taking 3 or more classes per week will receive 10% off the total yearly tuition rate.
There is a $25 non-refundable registration fee per family. The Studio also produces a year-end recital in May to showcase the hard work, creativity, and talent of our dancers. To minimize costs and keep tuition rates low, payments must be made through ACH withdrawal from a checking or savings account. Tuition amounts are automatically drawn from the account between the first and fifth day of the month tuition is due via our secure Square system. Tuition is billed in equal payments either monthly – September through May – or quarterly – September, December, and March.

Need-Based Tuition & Fee Assistance
We believe that no one should miss out on the exploration of dance and movement due to financial requirements. If the cost of tuition and/or fees presents a financial hardship, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
There may be times The Studio might have to cancel classes due to inclement weather. In such cases, notification will be sent out via email and on social media as soon as a decision has been made. We usually follow the Ellensburg School District school closures, but occasionally roads are clear by the start of afternoon/evening classes.
Regular attendance directly impacts the overall progress of the students and class as a whole. Dancers need to arrive on time and attend each class for maximum benefit. It is the responsibility of the dancer or their parent/guardian to notify the teacher of any pre-planned absences or absences due to illness or other emergent conflicts.
The Studio teachers, staff, and board of directors of the Ellensburg Dance Ensemble are committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for the community to explore themselves through dance and movement. All persons on The Studio premises are expected to show kindness and respect towards themselves and others at all times.
